INDIANAPOLIS- Daniel A. Lathrop, 31, of Indianapolis and formerly of Rockville, died on Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at his residence. He was a surgery technician at Methodist Hospital of Indianapolis.

He was born on May 28, 1974 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Alan Adams Lathrop and Pamela Goetze Lathrop.

Survivors include his parents Steven K. and Pamela H. Farner of Rockville; one brother Robert A Lathrop of Chattanooga, Tennessee; one step-sister Michelle A. Farner of Tallahassee, Florida; and grandparents Robert Goetze of Rockville, Faye Farner of Rockville and Jane Appel of Indianapolis. He was preceded in death by his father Alan Adams Lathrop.

He attended St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rockville and was a 1992 graduate of Rockville High School and attended Ball State University.

Services are 10:00 am on Monday, January 16, 2006 at the Rockville Christian Church on US HWY 36 west of Rockville with Rev. Brad Bumgardner officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery in Rockville. Visitation will be 4-8 on Sunday, January 15, 2006 at the Rockville Christian Church. Care and arrangements entrusted to Gooch Funeral Home.
