When he registered for the draft of WWII he had married - resided 5350 Washington Blvd Indianapolis and he was self employed with office at 307 Underwriters Bldg Indianapolis

    Mr. and Mrs Oscar B Perine are residing in their home on Lake Maxinkuckee following their marriage July 12 in the Meridian Methodist Church at Indianapolis and a wedding trop to Mackinac Island, Mich and Canada

    Mrs. Perine was Mrs. jean T. WOod before her marriage. She is the daughter of Mrs. W> L. Thompson of Indianapols.

He owned the Lake Shore Garage in the 1960's and the little brown house {Forest Place) next to it at least in 1962 if not later.
    1957 - Sep 11 Oscar B. Perine the Indianapolis oil tycoon, has bought the Lake Shore Garage from Bud Goble and is a most valuable new merchant for this town to acquire. Watch him make things hum. Get to konw him, he's just what this burg needs...

    Before her marriage Oct 7 in St. Stephens Church at Cocoanut Grove, FLa. Mrs. Perine was Miss Mary Ann Hawkins. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Loughery Hawkins, 4225 Broadyway.

    After Nov. 5 the bride and bridgegroom will be at home at 3953 North Adams Street.
