Sarah "Sally" K. (Dunlap) Harrison, 84, Attica, died in the St. Vincent Williamsport Hospital, on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2003, at 12:20 a.m. following her illness of 2 1/2 months.

Sally was born near Covington,Indiana, on Dec. 8, 1918. She was the daughter of William Bell and Mary Hannah (Coffing) Dunlap. She was raised in Covington, graduating from Covington High School. She has been a resident of Attica since 1940.

Mrs. Harrison was a member of the Attica First United Methodist Church. She had served as the Chairman of the Board for the Harrison Steel Castings Co. in Attica since 1984. Mrs. Harrison was on the Board of Directors for the Central National Bank & Trust Company since 1979. She was a member of the Kappa Kappa Kappa Sorority and the Kappa Kappa Kappa Associates in Attica. Sally was a member of the Fern Chapter # 194 Order of the Eastern Star.

Sarah married Wade C. Harrison, on November 25, 1941 in Covington, IN. He preceded her in death on June 25, 1979.

Surviving are a son, Wade C. (wife - Ann Shilling) Harrison, II, Attica; a daughter, Suzanne (husband - G. Edward) Curtis, Attica; five grandchildren, Wade C. (wife - Tracy) Harrison, III, Robert Harrison, Geoff (wife - Angie) Curtis, Trevor (wife - Amy) Curtis and Jill Curtis; four great grandchildren, Sam Curtis, Max Curtis, Henry Curtis and Eddie Curtis. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Jim Dunlap and a sister, Mary Louise Green.

Services will be held at the Attica First United Methodist Church on Sat. Nov. 22nd, at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. G. Scott Pattison officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverside Cemetery, Attica. Friends may call at the Maus Funeral Home, Attica, on Friday, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.
