2024 - Aug. 5 - Town of Culver Sewer Utility Extension Project

Notice is hereby Given, that the Town of Culver, Indiana, by and through its Town Council, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, will receive sealed bid packets for the construction of the water and sewer utility infrastructure to service the Culver Dunes housing development project.

Sealed bids must be received by the Town of Culver no later than 6:00 P. M. (Local Time) on August 22, 2024....

The Project will entail the installation of all necessary water and sanitary sewer infrastructure to service the newly developed Culver Dunes housing development. A summary of the work to be included entails
1. Water Distribution Lines: The project includes over 12,000 linear feet of 8” watermain, along with 11 hydrants. The work will include 86 residential service taps (1”) and 7 commercial service taps (2”) extended to the right of way. 2. Sanitary Sewer Lines: The project includes over 5,600 linear feet of 8” sanitary sewer, including 15 sanitary manholes. The work also includes 93 sanitary service line taps with 6” pipe extended to the right of way....

2024 - Aug 28 - Culver Town Council Opens Bids for The Dunes Infrastructure ...

The Culver Town Council members opened bids for the water and sewer extension infrastructure work as it pertains to The Dunes.

Town attorney Sean Surris opened the two bids recieved

Surris noted that all documents were submitted properly withthe bid process.

The council unanimously approved a motion to take the bids under advisement for consideration of approval in a future meeting. Until then, the bids will be reviewed by Town Manager Kevin Danti and Utility Superintendent Bob Porter.
