1912 - Nov 21 - S. S. Chadwick has planted the site of the old gravel pit south of his hotel With fruit trees, and has also set out a considerable number on his other lake front lots. If Chad keeps on he wil1 some day be obliged to change the name of Long Point to Paradise Point.
