Estate Pays For Funeral
Probate Court Decides Also that Administrator Has Nothing Coming
By A decision in the Probate Court yesterday the funeral expenses of Harriet A
Morrison will be paid out of her estate instead of by her husband, Robert E.
Morrison, who was the adaministrator.
In Mr. Morrison's final report, filed some time ago, a list of funeral expenses
was made and in addition the adminsitrator asked $750 for his services .
To this report Amzi L. Wheeler, as guadrian for Glenn H. WHeeler, Edward B. Wheeler
and Jeannie J. Wheeler, filed an exception and in the hearing of it yesterday the
court held that the funeral expenses should be paid out of the estate.
At the same time it was held that Morrision should not be allowed $750 for services
as administrator. - Indianapolis Star 7 Apr 1905,Page 5
