Henry W. Bliss, Lake Resident 56 Years Diea At Indianapolis

Funeral services were held this morning for Henry W. Bliss prominent Indianapolis and summer resident of 1022 East Shore Drive Mr. Bliss died unexpectedly Sunday morning of general cancer.

The Bliss family came to Lake Maxinkuckee shortly after the turn of the censtury and purchased the Shady Bluff cottage on the East Shore.

Mr Bliss was married in June 1953 to Elizaberth Presnall. They have been enthusiastic members of the Maxinkucee Yacht club.

Surviving besides his wife is a cousin Miss Dot Poor. His mother preceeded him in death about four years ago. - Aug 29 1956 - Culver Citizen
