Greshem Monty "Doc" LOUGH, 61, Culver, died at 4 a.m. Thursday at his residence.
Born in Leiters Ford to Greshem F. and Orpha H. GANSCH LOUGH, he married Ann HART on
April 2, 1960 in South Bend. She survives. He lived in Culver for 23 years and had resided in
South Bend for 10 years and in New Lenox, Ill. for four years.
He was a tool and die maker. A 1954 graduate of Richland Center High School he also graduated
from Acme Tool and Die School, South Bend. He served in the U.S. Army in Europe and was an
avid hunter and fisherman.
In addition to his wife he is survived by two sons Michael [LOUGH] and wife Eva LOUGH, Trafalgar,
Matthew and wife Sandy LOUGH, Plymouth; two grandchildren, Ashley LOUGH, Trafalgar, Damien
LOUGH, Plymouth; his mother, Orphra H. LOUGH, Rochester; three isters Mrs. Merle (Betty) MYERS,
Lake Havasu, Arix., Mrs. William (Patricia) ROGERS, Phoenix, Arix., Mrs. Phillip (Marilyn) ALBER, Fort
Wayne; several nieces and nephews. His father died on April 8, 1978.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Foster & Good Funeral Home, Rochester, with Rev. Wayne
McALLISTER officiating.
Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Rochester. Visitation is from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and
one hour before services on Sunday.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Marshall County Hospice, Plymouth - Friday, January 10, 1

Ann S. Lough, 78, of Indianapolis, formerly of Culver and Rochester, passed away at 8:05 P.M. Saturday
May 20, 2017 at Community Hospital North in Indianapolis. She was surrounded by her family.
Ann was born on October 25, 1938 in South Bend, Indiana, the only child of Ned and Wilnetta “Billie”
(Shore) Hart.
She graduated from Rochester High School in 1956 and continued her education at Ball State University
where she graduated in 1960. She earned a Master's degree in business education from Ball State in
1965.
On April 2, 1960 at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in South Bend, she married Greshem “Monty”
Lough. He preceded her in death on January 9, 1997.
Ann taught short hand, typing and home economics at various schools in Illinois and Indiana. She had
most recently worked at Miller's Merry Manor, Culver, as a CNA. She continued to volunteer at Miller’s
and at St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary, Plymouth, through her etirement.
She had been an avid member of the Grace United Church of Christ, Culver, Emmanuel United Methodist
Church, Culver and was also very active in her community. She participated with the United Church of
Christ Guild, Rebekah Lodge-Culver and Maxinkuckee Lodge.
Survivors include her son, Michael Lough of Indianapolis, grandchildren, Ashley Lough of Greenwood,
Damien Lough of Culver, and daughter-in-law, Sandra Lough of Culver. She was preceded in death by
her parents and son, Matthew Lough of Culver, in 2013.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday May 27, 2017 at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral
Home, Rochester, Indiana where friends may call one hour prior to service.
A memorial visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Friday May 26, 2017 at Odom Funeral Home, Culver, Indiana.
Burial will be in the Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rochester, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to
