1957 - Sep 18 - No Dice!
Editor, CITIZEN:
I am glad to see The Outdoorsman sporting goods store renamed The Trailsman, which is equally
appropriate and I congratulate the winner although I probably need that $25 merchandise
certificate more than anybody hereabouts except Bus French.
Believe it or not, I think my suggestion for a name was even better - The Trapshooter.
However, looking at the carbon copy of my entry the other day, my alibi is that my typewriting
fingers are not as agile as they used to be when I was one of the best typists in C.H.S. I am a
bit embarrassed that the name I submitted according to my carbon copy, was The Crapshooter!
