It was formed in July 2006 with the idea of Mike Overmyer and Jim Balmer working for themselves instead of other employers.

Both had been former AT&T employees.

In January 2007 they started out with four employees and an office of 12 by 12 in the Overmyer home which they outgrew. As of now (2008) there are now 34 employees - 2 in Wisconsin, 6 in Illinois, 5 in the Indianapolis area and the rest in Culver. They now have offices in Bedford, Lawrence, Indiana and Clifton, Illinois.

Jim Balmer grew up in La Paz and is a former Culver resident having moved to Culver in 1970. While a resident of Culver he was on the Culver Town Council and was president of it. He left Culver in 1986 for Chicago, Illinois where his job with AT& T took him - plus other cities across the United States before coming back to Pargaon, Morgan, Indiana and finally retiring from At& T in 1998. Jim's wife Jodi was involved with the Singing Sands Council Girl Scouts while in Culver. Their children are: Andrea, Donnie, Donielle and Parreick who is presently serving in the United Arab Emirates.

They act as engineers in handling right-of-way acquisitions and permitting for AT& T work with fiber opic cabling. They prepare bid packages to present to approved contractors of AT& T - for construction management, drawings, inspections work and when construction is complete they prepare an as-built drawing to present to AT& T.

They done business in excess of 2 millon dollars in their first year of operation. For AT& T they over see the midwest region which comprises of 5 states. They have since gained contracts with Sprint and Smithville Telephone Company of Elletsville, Monroe, Indiana.

They moved into their 4 office comples at 112 N. Main Street the first of 2008 when they realized the 12 by 12 office space in the Overmyer home would no longer sufficient for their business operations.

Their main project is overseeing of removal of coax cable that was placed underground in the 1980's for replacing with fiber optic cable which spans the midwest and beyond. national they compete with nine other companies and four to five statewide (Indiana) for they work.

They have also expanded into the building to the south - 108 S. Main St. and shortly thereafter vacated the expansion it is believed.
