Knights of Pythias Initate Large Class of Candidates

Two hundred Knights of Pythias from Plymouth, Argos, Rochester, Knox and Logansport came to Culver last night, the occasion being the intitiation of a calss of 39 young men into the local lodge.

A splendid supper was served the visiting knights and members of the the Culver lodge in the basement of the M. E. Church by the wives of the members, after which the Pythians adjourned to the lodge room where the initiatory ceremonies were begun.

Rochester degree team exemplifies the work of the first degree, Argos the second, and Plymouth th third. The beautiful work of the ritual was made extremely impressive by the excellent work of these teams.

At the conclusion of the work a buffet luncheon was served.

Marmont Lodge, with it new and handsome home, has apparently entered upon an era of popularity and properity. In addition to this classm reinstatements and transfers have added almost fifty names to the roster within the past few weeks. The names of those initiated last night are as follows
