Maxinkuckee Ice Company
1939 - six acres of land on the west shore of the Lake Makinckuckee have been improved
by Harry Medbourn who is offering the area for sale as a hotel site

1970-1972 - Osborn Glen
1976 - The Pennsylvania Railroad
track was abandoned and lot owners on South Street and the west side of the lake purchased
the right-of-way between their property and the lake.
The
Maxinkuckee West Side Property Owners, Inc. was formed to procure and buy
up the railroad prperty along the shore of Lake Maxinkuckee from Plymouth St.
to the end of South Street ending at West Shore. Dr.

Bodner now President of SC Bodner Company is third-generation company president, is carrying on the SC Bodner family tradition. Mr. Bodner graduated from the Vanderbilt University Civil Engineering School in May of 1979. After Graduation, , Steve dove into the commercial real estate business by developing retail centers and multifamily properties. After a calculated shift in the 1990s, SC Bodner now exclusively focuses on the development of best-of-class apartment communities across the Midwest, Southwest, and Southeast regions. |
