Apartments, Businesses or Offices Upstairs - Pre 1980 (Its uncertain which side of building these were on) 1898 - Mar 1 - Attornev V. P. Kirk has rented a suit of rooms in the Cromley block and will reopen his law office in the same. Read an open letter in another column written by him which expains itself. NOTE: the letter gives the Menser building

1904 - April 28 = Dr. Norris will open a dental office in the Menser building opposite the M. E. Church next week

1906 - June 21 - The Band has rented the second story of the enser's new building

In 1909 Nathan Rector opened his buisness in the upstairs of the Menser building. moving to 104 N. Main

It is said that basketball games were played also on the second floor sometime before 1910.

1920 - Dr. B. W. S. Wiseman , Physician Opposite M. E. Church

1927 - Forrest Geiselman. He housed his family, in the upstairs apartment opposite a Black family that worked at CMA.  

Milner Excavating Co. - Don Milner - 1952 - ?

    1952 - December 10 - Don Milner opened his new office last week in the Trone Building

It is said the Willhite family lived upstairs in the early 1960's before moving to a house on E. Mill St.
