The building is being renovated - at street level it will revert back to
two store fronts - tho by early information the Hardware only used one
section and the other was mainly used as a storage area for the hardware
and did not contain another buisness back in the "old days"
Care is been taken to respect the history of the building.

Will locate in the basement with the entrance being on the Madison
Street side.
The basement has been renovated -
It has been cleaned out and and the walls have been pressure-washed
and said to be the cleanest it's been in 100 years.
Among changes in the space, a will be cleaning and tuck-pointing the fieldstone
making up the outer walls, opening up the original windows (most of which had
been boarded up), addition of a sliding door out to the courtyard, which will
allow customers to bring bicycles easily into the shop by utilizing a new ramp
from the sidewalk. The original "human" sized door, facing onto Madison, is
still present and will be restored as well....
