    By virtue of an order of the Vigo Circuit Court in the matter of the Estate of Elizabeth B. Crawford, deceased. No.23=278. in the Vigo Circuit Court (Probate Division), the undersigned Co-Executors of the Last Will of Elizabeth B. Crawford, deceased, will, at the main office of Terre Haute First National Bank. 643645 Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute, Indiana, on the 31st day of October. 1960.at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M.. Central Standard Tune, and from day to day thereafter until sold, offer at private sale for not less than its appraised value and for cash all of the interest of said decedent in and to the following described real estate in Union Township, Marshall County. State of Indiana, to-wit:
      That part of Lot Two (2) in the Northwest quarter of Section Twenty two (22). township thirty two (32) North. Range one (1) East, contained within the following descriptions and measurements, namely:

        Commencing Two hundred sixty four and one half (264 1/2) feet North of the Northwest corner of a lot of land in said Lot Two (21. heretofore sold and conveyed by one Lewis Rector and wife, Sarah A., and James E. Thomas, to Milo Smith and which subsequently became the property of one W. E. Leonard — at the water line on the East Shore of Lake Maxinkuckee, and running thence on the meander line of said Lake Maxinkuckee, North Two hundred ten (210) feet to a road, and thence Eastwardly along the South line of said road, three hundred (300) feet to the west line of a public road, and thence south on the West line of said road two hundred fifty (250) feet to a stake, and thence Southwesterly on a straight line to the point of beginning on the west line of said lake, EXCEPTING from said above described tract.

        Sixty (60) feet off the south side thereof, heretofore conveyed by Maty B. Strong and Joseph Strong, her husband, to Lewis B. Martin and M. Adeline P. Martin, his wife, by deed bearing date June 23. 1885. and recorded in deed Record 34 page 345 of the records of the Recorder of Marshall County, Indiana. Said principal tract above is otherwise described as follows, namely: That part of Section twenty two (22). township thirty two (32) North, Range one (1) East, situated on the East shore of Lake Maxinkuckee. and being in part covered by the body of said Lake, and as to the Dry land in such tract, being further and more specifically' described as follows: Beginning at a point on said shore and on the meander line of said Lake.

        Three hundred sixty nine and one half (369 1/2) feet North from the Center of the public road running East and West on the half section line of said section twenty two (22), and running thence along the said meander line Two Hundred ten (210) feet north to a road, thence North thirty eight (38) degrees east Three hundred (300) feet: thence South Thirty (30) degrees East. Two hundred seventy four (274) links, thence South Sixteen (16) degrees East. Ninety five (95) links, thence South Sixty seven and one fourth (67 1/4) degrees West to the place of beginning, except sixty 160) feet off the south side thereof, heretofore conveyed to said Martin _d Martin, as above set out

        Also. The South half (S 1/2) of a vacated forty foot road described as follows: A forty (40) foot oad or public highway in Lot two (2). Section Twenty two (22) township thirty two (32) North, Range one (l) East, described as commencing at meander corner No.13, or the southwest corner of lot formerly owned by Charles C. and Capitola A. Perry, and now owned by Capitola A. Perry; thence Northeasterly along the south side of the Capitola A. Perry lot a distance of three hundred (300) feet; thence Southeasterly a distance of forty (40) feet to the Northeast comer of a lot owned by Elizabeth Crawford; thence Southwesterly along the north side of the lot owned by Elizabeth Crawford, a distance of three hundred 1300) feet to the Meander line of Lake Maxinkuckee; thence Northwesterly to the Meander corner No.13, or to the place of beginning.
