Shirley C. Ber 76 of DeMotte, IN, passed away on March 9, 2011 at St. Anthony Hospice Center. Born on October 15, 1935 to the late Dick (Minnie Kaluf) Van Drunen.

Shirley Graduated form Thornton Township High School class of 1952.

She later married Stanley Ber.

Shirley was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church of DeMotte, she was very active in Special touch ministries, and the Spirit of Christ Ministry, as well as a contributor to the Iglesia Casa De Restaracion church of DeMotte. Shirley's desire in life was to spread the Gospel and help lead all her family and friends to know the love of Jesus Christ and to make him there savior, as well as bringing them i nto the kingdom of God.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Stanley Ber, Brothers; Wesley and Dickey Van Drunen, and her parents.

Survived by Loving Sons; Douglas (Dawn) of Indianapolis, Gregory (Sarah) of Terre Haute, Loren (Debi) of Ok, David of Schererville, and Terrance (Stefanie) of DeMotte, she also had 7 grandchildren. and many other loving extended family members.

A funeral service will be held on Monday March 14, 2011 at 11 am at the Frazier Funeral Home 621 S. Halleck DeMotte, In 46310. With Pastor James Clark Officiating,

Interment will follow in the Holland Cemetery.

A visitation will be held on Sunday March 13, 2011 from 2 pm until 8 pm at the Frazier Funeral Home of DeMotte.

Memorials may be made to Calvary Assembly of God, or the Iglesia Casa De Restaracion church.
