A tract of described as follows: 8eginning at the northeast corner o( Lot No. 13, Venetian Vii/age Subdivision, Lake Maxinkuckee Culver, Indiana; thence southerly aionq the west right-of-way line of Venetian Drive a distance of Thirty and zero hundredthsb (30.00) feet to an iron rod; thence 90· to the right of a prolongation of the last course a distance of sixty-six an right of a prolongation of the last course a distance of twenty- five and forly-three hundredths (25.43) feet to an iron rod; thence 87"54.0' to the left of a prolongation of the last course a distance of thirly-two and eighty-six hundredths (32.86) feet 10 the west line of the aforementioned Lot No. 13; thence North along said West line a distance of Four and iffy-seven hundredths (4.57) feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot No. 13; thence easterly along the north line of Lot No. 13 a distance of One hundred and zero tenths (100.00) feet Ito the point of beginning, said plat being all located within Lot No. 13 of Venetian Viillage Subdivision and containing 0.05 of an acre" more or less.
