LEGAL NOTICES NOTICE TO NON-RESIDENTS STATE OF INDIANA, MARSHALL COUNTY, SS:
In the Marshall Circuit Court September Term, 1930.

Now comes the plaintiff in the above entitled cause of action by William O. Osborn, her attorney, and files her complaint
together with an affidavit that the respective residences of the defendants,
Conaway Rector,
Edwin R. Edwards,
John W. Palmer,
J. F. Wise,
Eli Parker and Company,
Eli Parker and Jonathan F. Wise, partners doing business as partners under
the firm name and style of Parker and Company,
Nellie M. Wise,
Lewis Rector,
Francis A. Thomas,
F. A. Thomas,
Frances A. Thomas and
L. T. Vanschoiack,
as Trustee of the Estate of James E. Thomas under the will of Frances A. Thomas
are each and all unknown and, after deligent search and inquiry cannot be ascertained;
and also that both the names and respective residences of the defendants,
the unknown wife or widow of the said Conaway Rector,
the unknown wife or widow of the said Edwin R. Edwards,
the unknown wife or widow of the said John W. Palmer,
the unkonwn wife or widow of the said J. F. Wise,
the unknown wife or widow of the said Eli Parker,
the unknown wife or widow of the said Jonathan F. Wise,
the unknown husband or widower of the said Nellie M. Wise,
the unknown wife or widow of the said Lewis Rector,
the unknown wife or widow of the said Francis A. Thomas,
the unknown wife o or widow of the said F. A. Thomas,
and the unknown husband or widower of the said Frances A. Thomas,
and the unknown wife or widow of the said L. Vanschoiack,
are each,and all unknown and after diligent search and inquiry cannot be ascertained;
and also that the names and respective residences of each and all of the defendants, the unknown heirs or
devisees of each and all the said
Conaway Rector and of his unknown wife or widow,
Edwin R. Edwards and of his unknown wife or widow,
the said John W. Palmer and of his unknown wife or widow,
the said J. F. Wise and of his unknown wife or widow,
Eli Parker and Company,
Eli Parker and Jonathan F. Wise, Partners, doing business as partners under the
firm name and style of Parker and Company,
the said Nellie M. Wise and of her unknown husband or widower,
the said Lewis Rector and of his unknown wife or widow,
the said Francis A. Thomas and of his unknown wife or widow,
the said F. A. Thomas and of his unknown wife or widow,
the said Frances A. Thomas and of her unknown husband or widower, and
the said L. T. Vanschoiack,
as Trustee of the Estate of James E. Thomas under the will of Frances A. Thomas
are each and all unknown and after diligent search and inquiry cannot be: ascertained;
and also that the names and respective residences of each and all of the women once known by the names and
designations above stated whose names have changed and who are known by other names, the names of each and all
of whom are unknown, are each and all unknown and after diligent search and inquiry cannot be ascertained; and
also that the names and respective residences of the spouses of all persons above named and designated who are
married, are each and all unknown and after diligent inquiry cannot be ascertained; and also that the names and
respective residences of each and all of the unknown representatives, executors, administrators, receivers,
lessees, successors and assigns of each and all of the above and foregoing named and designated defendants, are
each and all unknown and after diligent search and inquiry cannot be ascertained; and also that the names and
respective residences of all persons and corporations who assert or who might assert any title, claim or interest
in or lien upon the real estate described in the complaint herein, or any part or parcel thereof, by, under or
through any of the above and foregoing named and designated defendants, are each and all unknown and after diligent
search and Inquiry cannot be ascertained.
That each and all of said above and foregoing named and designated defendants are believed to be nonresidents of the
State of Indiana;
That each and all of said above named and designated defendants are necessary parties defendant to the above entitled
action, which is an action concerning real estate, towit: to quiet title to the real estate described in the said
complaint in said above cause, situated in Marshall County, Indiana, and described as follows, to-wit:
All that part of Lot Number Two (2), in Section Twenty-two (22), Township Thirty-two (32) North, Range One (1) East,
bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest. corner of said Lot Number Two (2), said Section, Township
and Range aforesaid, being the point of intersection of the East and West center line
of said Section Twenty-two (22) aforesaid with the meander line on the East shore of
Lake Maxinkuckee, thence North Twenty (20) degrees West following said meander line a
distance of Twenty-one and Twentyfive hundredths (21.25) feet to the point of
intersection of said meander line aforesaid with the North line of an established East
and West public highway, being the place of beginning, and the southwest corner of the
real estate herein described; thence running East on the said North line of said highway
and parallel with the south line of said Lot Number Two (2) aforesaid a distance of One
Hundred Ninetyeight and eight Tenths (198.8) feet to a point marked by an iron pipe; thence
North Seven (7) degrees and Forty-five (45) minutes West a distance of. Eighty-seven and
eight tenths (87.8) feet to a point marked by an iron pipe; thence West two (2) degrees and
Eighteen (18) minutes South a distance of Two Hundred Fifteen and nine tenths (215.9) feet
to a point on said meander line aforesaid marked by an iron pipe; thence South Twenty (20)
degrees East following down said meander line a distance of Eighty-four (84) feet to the
place of beginning.
That it is the purpose of said plaintiff in said cause of action to quiet her title to said described real estate as against
all claims and claimants whatsoever and whom-| soever, and as against the world.
Notice is therefore hereby given to said defendants and each of them that unless they be and appear on the 1st day of November,
1930, the same being the 54th Judicial day of the September, 1930, Term of the Marshall Circuit Court, at the court house in
Plymouth, in the county of Marshall and State of Indiana, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and
determined in their absence.
