MALKOWSKI, Jerome F., 73, of New Port Richey, passed away on August 15, 2004, at Madison Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center in New Port Richey.

He was born on August 6, 1931, and came here 21 years ago from his native Chicago, Ill.

Jerome was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church and Polish Legion of American Veterans.

He was an Army veteran serving in the Korean Conflict.

He retired from International Harvester where he was a tool designer.

Survivors include a brother, Leonard of LaGrange, Ill.; a cousin, Adele Liskoski of New Port Richey; and several nieces and nephews.
