That a petition has been filed Joan L. Reid, William David Steinhilber, and Brian Reid,
1424 E. Shore Drive, Culver, Indiana, Marshall County,
to request a Variance of Developmental Standards to build a new house 5.31' from the North
property line and a 5.31' from the South property line. The ordinance calls for a minimum 10'
side yard setback. The second request is for the house to be up to a height of 35'. The
ordinance calls for the house being built on the same footprint to be no higher than the
existing house. The third request is to demolish the existing garage and move it 4' further to
the West and to have a 2.68' setback from the South. The ordinance calls for a 25' rear yard
setback and a 10' side yard setback.
