WINAMAC — Services for Maxine Seidel, 75, of 618 S. Franklin St., will be held at 11 a.m.
Wednesday in Frain Mortuary.
She died at 5:10 p.m. Saturday in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.
Born April 21, 1918, in Winamac, she was the daughter of Harry and Pearl Markley Straw.
On May 3, 1941, in Winamac, she was married to Kenneth E. Seidel, who died April 16,1982.
Mrs. Seidel was the former owner of Seidel's Furniture Store. She was a member of Winamac
United Methodist Church, and Delta Sigma Tau sorority.
Surviving are two sons, Stephen Edward, Indianapolis, and Michael, Winamac; two sisters, Mary
Combs and Marjorie Bair, both of Winamac; and five grandchildren.
One son and two brothers preceded in death.
The Rev. William Mathys will officiate at the services. Burial will be in McKinley Memorial
Gardens Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, and after 8 a.m. Wednesday in the mortuary.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
