Richard T. Plattner, age 65, passed away peacefully through God’s grace at the family home in Culver, IN, on Wednesday, July 4, 2001.

Children and grandchildren were present.

Survived by his children, Leslie (John) Cosich, Karen (Robert) Purdy, Dan (Mistee) Plattner, Jill ( Paul) Cozza, Wendi (Scott) Reid and Bonnie (Pat) Sullivan; 15 grandchildren; his brother, Rex Plattner; his sisters, Marian Sepulvida, Marlene Trumpus and Dr. Nancy Plattner Johnson.

Born in Milwaukee and lived in Mokena for the past 31 years.

Member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Preceded in death by his mother and father, Mary, nee Kalus, and Paul Plattner; and his loving wife, Plattner.

Family will receive friends at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 10731 W. LaPorte Rd., Mokena, Monday from 3 to 4:30 p.m., to be followed by a Memorial Service at 4:30 p.m., in the outside service area (weather permitting), with Rev. David Constien officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Rich’s name would be greatly appreciated.

Jan J. Plattner (Warren) Age 62, Thursday, March 15, 2001 through God's grace she passed peacefully at her home with her family by her side.

Survived by her loving husband, Richard Plattner; her children, Leslie (John) Cosich, Karen (Robert) Purdy, Dan (Mistee), Jill (Paul) Cozza, Wendy (Scott) Reid, Bonnie (Pat) Sullivan; 15 grandchildren; her mother Ruth Warren and one brother Terry Warren.

Born in Chicago living in Mokena the past 31 years.

Member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Preceded in death by her father Sidney Warren.

Family will receive friends at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 10731 Wl LaPorte Rd., Mokena, Monday, 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. in the church with Rev. David Constien officiating.
