David Zeglis, chairman of First United Bank, was recently elected to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Will and Grundy Counties [Illinois] board of directors; June 2008.

[Trim Creek LLC is a subsidiary of Crete Bancorporation, which owns First United Bank in Crete, Ill. & the largest shareholder in Brooke Capital Corp.; and was set up as a result of the loans of the First United Bank in Illinois being redeclared in default in September 2008
