Somewhere along the line plans were changed from a hotel to a multi fuctional building - The former Ten Spot building has been renovated and divided into five suites

This parcel contains two seperate buildings under one address of 18571 St. Rd. 10

The building to the right with black/gray building houses "Max Playhouse" and its website states the address as "18561 St. Rd 10 " which conflicts with the address of Osborn Rentals LLC in offical land records which is considered "legal addresses" and as yet it is still listed as part of this property of 18571 St Rd. 10 during the occupancy by "Max Playhouse"

Max's Playhouse (in picture building #1) which sbore the same address number as the storage sheds Lots by their website & ads "Max's Playhouse. Street Address: 18561 St Rd 10. City: Culver. State: IN. Zip Code: 46511" when go olded in 2024 the information still comes up tho they moved to 450 School St.

Note both the Culver Storage Units (long & narrow & highlighted in yellow) Units #1, #2, & #3 which surrounds 18571 St. Rd. 10 address and yet has to be subdived off; in photo two with buildings label #1 (built in mid 1950's s as an automotive repair shop by Henry Winkler and during Edgington's owner ship it was used for Culver Power & Equipment now locoated 18591 St Rd. 10 and lumber storage shed and workshop) and #2 (built in 1970's was the hardware store and also lumber storage shed).
