Hotel in offing?
The town of Culver recently approved a new 21 room hotel located on State Road 10/17.
We expect to complete phase one and have more rooms available starting July 1, 2011.
Phase 2 will include a full service restaurant, meeting rooms, workout facility, laundry, business center,
and a welcoming lobby with comfortable chairs to meet your family and friends. 2011 Mar -

Somewhere along the line plans were changed from a hotel to a multi fuctional building -
The former Ten Spot building has been renovated and divided into five suites

This parcel contains two seperate buildings under one address of 18571 St. Rd. 10
The building to the right with black/gray building houses "Max Playhouse" and its website
states the address as "18561 St. Rd 10 " which conflicts with the address of
Osborn Rentals LLC in offical land
records which is considered "legal addresses" and as yet it is still listed as part of this
property of 18571 St Rd. 10 during the occupancy by "Max Playhouse"

(in picture building #1) which sbore the same address number as the storage sheds Lots
by their website & ads "Max's Playhouse. Street Address: 18561 St Rd 10. City: Culver. State:
IN. Zip Code: 46511" when go olded in 2024 the information still comes up tho they moved
to 450 School St.
Note both the Culver Storage Units (long & narrow & highlighted in yellow) Units #1, #2,
& #3 which surrounds 18571 St. Rd. 10 address and yet has to be subdived off; in photo two
with buildings label #1 (built in mid 1950's s as an automotive repair shop by
Henry Winkler and during
Edgington's owner ship it was used for
Culver Power & Equipment now locoated
18591 St Rd. 10
and lumber storage shed and workshop) and #2 (built in 1970's was the
hardware store
and also lumber storage shed).

For several weeks now it has sported a sign "Culver Pizza" and opened 4 Dec. 2012 but
Culver Wings has been relocated here
