    Charles E Edgington, 81, of Culver, passed away at 10:25 PM on June 19, 2017 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana.

    Charles was born to Harry D. and Donna L. (Medbourn) Edgington on April 2, 1936, in Plymouth, Indiana. He married Judith Lawrance on August 19, 1961. They owned and operated a motorcycle shop in Culver at one time, as well as his contracting business, Maxinkuckee Home Supply.

    Charles built many houses in Culver and around the lake. His first build was a home for his grandparents. He also built a house in Plymouth based on a Frank Lloyd Wright design. He also liked woodworking and working in the yard.

    Charles is survived by his wife Judy; brother Rodney (Terri) Edgington and sister Sherrill (Tom) Fujimura, both of Culver. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Fred and Philip. There will be no services for Charles and burial will be private.

    Memorials can be made in Charles’ name to the Marshall County Humane Society.
