NOTICE TO NON-RESIDENTS No. 19094 STATE OF INDIANA, MARSHALL COUNTY, SS: In the Marshall Circuit Court, September term, 1932. Complaint to Foreclose M echanic's Lien. Fred Thompson vS. Charles E. Hughes, C. E. Whetston and Dorothy DeCamp Whetstom

The plaintiff in the above entitled cause, by Wise and Wise, his attorneys, has filed in my office his complaint against the defendants for foreclosure of a mechanic's lien on real estate, which real estate is described in said complaint as follows, to-wit:
Lot number three (3) Logansport Settlement at Maxinkuckee Lake, Marshall County, Indiana.
and it appearing by the affidavit of a competent person that defendants C. E. Whetston and Dorothy DeCamp Whetston are non-residents of the State of Indiana; they are therefore hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said complaint against them, and unless they appear and answer thereto on or before the calling of said cause on Wednesday, the 25th day of January, 1933, veills the 21st judicial day of the January, 1933 term of said Court, to be begun and held at the Court House in Plymouth, Marshall County, Indiana, on the first day ef January, A. D., 1933, said complaint and the matters and things therein alleged will be held and determined in their absence.
