1918 - Jul 31- The two stars in the service flag at F. C. Deggendorf's cottage are for First Lieut. Allan Ramsay and... Liuet. Ramsey, formerly an instructior at C.M.A. is in the aeroplane service in what is called pursuit work. He is at Camp Gerstner, Lake Charles, La. Mrs. Ramsay, who is Mrs. Deggendorf's daughter, was Miss Klea Cozzens and is well known to the summer colony. She writes that she is in the town of St. Charles, but as soon as quarters are completed at camp will live there.

1918 - Nov 6 - Lieut A P Ramsay an instructor in the academy a year ago, has been completing his training the the aviaation work at Arcadia, Fla. He has recently been advanced as an instuctor of pursuit pilots. By the time this appears he has probably been transferred over seas.

Allan P. Ramsay Married After Caribbean Trip

Allan P. Ramsey, 1970 East Shore Drive, one of our most popular summer residents and a past president of the Lake Maxinkuckee Association, has taken unto himself a very beautiful and loverly bride.

It was our pleasure to meet the new Mrs. Ramsey recently and wer were delighted to recognize her as the former Lois Conners of Champaign, Ill. a beauty queen of our vintage at the University of Illinois.

A widow and widower, they met on a recent Caribbean trip.
