Possibly formed as Lake Realty said to be founded on 15 June 1981 in Culver. Robert B. Tanguy became owner and partner in Lake Realty

Joining Robert on opening day as sales agents/brokers were: Mary Banfield and Esther Crowden.

The office was was located at 820 Academy Rd. while there Rick Chambers was associated with Robert B. Tanguy. The last advertisement in the local telephone directory for Lake Realty was 1984

Late in 1984 Dona Dale joined the staff followed by Nancy Dettloff and Bonnie Frushor in 1985.

The company handled all types of real estate, specializing in lake properties. In the first 6 1/2 months in operation the reality company sold six million dollars worth of real estate and in 1985 the sales topped 2 million dollars.

It is believed Lake Realty was sold and Robert B. Tanguy then became owner of Tanguy Real Estate Service before merging with Collins & Company Realtors Incorporated.

In the 1985 1985-1986 telephone diretory it was listed as Land and Lake Realty Inc. at 202 N Main , with no names attached.

1987- 1993 - The 1987/88 and 1988/89 -Telephone directories places its location at at 212 N. Main and in the 1987/8 Larry Davis - was Principal Broker and the 1988/9 telephone directory lists no name.
