The dwelling on the 1924 - reflects a different placement on the lot and size of structure thus indicating the old dwellling had been demolished between 1914 and 1924 and a new dwelling built.

It had been rebuilt to face Lakeshore Dr.<

1951 - May 1983 - Bertha (Mrs. Jerome Sr) Zechiel
    She use to rent rooms to academy parents and alumni. She would hire a couple of the local kids to help her open up the 'Sun room' and drag up the wicker furniture and items that were stored in the basement over the winter time and then help haul them back down there in the late fall when it was time to store them again.
