1924 - May 21 - R. G. Wilkinson to A. H. Springer, lot 10, Van Schoiack's Add., East Side, $1.

1922 - Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Springer moved last week to their new cottage on the east side. Their Scott street residence has been renter to Liuet. Leland who has brought a bride from Indianapolis to share it with him.

They first had a cottage at 820 W. Shoreand alsp had a winter home on Scott Street now 419 Lakeshore Dr.

1924 - Jun 25 - Mr. Springer's new cottage near the Roach cottage is almost completed. As soon as it is ready he will move into it from his other cottage on the east side. (2100 E. Shore consists of VON SCHOIACKS SUB 2 LOT 6,7 & 8

1924 - Jul 2 - Three years ago a part of the East shore of the lake towards the south to the "Bide-a-Wee" cottage was a low marshy shore and back from the lake a tangled undergrowth of wilderness known as Jungle land few enterprising men saw possibilities there and set to work. Aided by Mr. Frank Lanigan, who helped supervise the work of filling in and clearing up this and, the following people built lovely homes, sodded beautiful terraces to the lake shore, and this summer are seeing to the beautifying of the rear of their lots:

Glenn Duttenhaver Services for Glenn E. Duttenhaver, 77, Indianapolis, a retired general insurance agent, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday in Flanner and Buchanan Shadeland Mortuary, where friends may call from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. today. He died Tuesday in his home. He had worked 32 years for Franklin Life Insurance Co., retiring 13 years ago. A native of Kentland, he had lived here 61 years and was a member of First-Meridian Heights Presbyterian Church. He was past president of Northside Lions Club and was a former member of Jaycees, Calvin Prather Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite. Survivors include his wife, Isabel Duttenhaver, and a daughter, Mary Jane Shircliff. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ameri- can Cancer Society. - Indianapolis Star Thu, Mar 26, 1981

ISABEL M. WILKINSON DUTTENHAVER, 79, Indianapolis, died Tuesday.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Flanner & Buchanan Shadeland Mortuary, with calling from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday.

She was a member of First-Meridian Heights Presbyterian Church.

She was the widow of Glenn Duttenhaver.
