It is said that this was the first air conditioned shop in Culver businesses.

Earl Dean moved the business out of town to his residence at 17575 16th B Rd. and Lance brought it back into town in late 1990's or the early 2000's, locating again on Jefferson St. but this time on the West end at the Corner of Jefferson & N. Plymouth Streets at 114 E Jefferson
