1931, Jun - 1937 - Clyde Robinson

1931 - Jun 3 - Clyde Robinson of Indianapolis and Marion County Treasurer has purchased the Pierce cottage on the East side. Mr. Robinson will be a regular summer resident of the lake from now on.

1937 - Jun 1 - Buys Lake Cottage - B. R. Ivey of Indianapolis, has purchased the Clyde Robinson cottgae of the East Side of the Lake Maxinkuckee and is now making extensive improvement preparatory to making his permanent home. He has bee coming to the lake for over 30 years after looking over Flordia and other places, decided this was the spot for living the year around.
