William R. Nunery, M. D.  

Dr. William R Nunery is the founding partner of Oculofacial Plastic and Orbital Surgery, LLC specializes in surgical procedures of the face and eyes. & Director of Oculofacial Plastic and Orbital Surgery Director of Fellowship Program in Oculofacial Plastic and Orbital Surgery. On staff since 2005.

Dr. Nunery was the first oculoplastic surgeon to practice in Indianapolis. After graduating from college (DePauw University), he attended medical school at Case Western Reserve. He then completed his internship in San Diego, a 3-year residency at Indiana University, then a one-year oculoplastics fellowship in Atlanta at Emory University. He is now training his 12th fellowin what is now a two-year fellowship in oculoplastics.

Dr. Nunery is a distinguished lecturer on various ophthalmic plastic surgery-related topics, and is known worldwide for his contributions to oculoplastics. He is the author of numerous published articles and textbooks . son of Reverend Charles Albert Nunery & Grace Eileen Murrill

Dr. Nunery and his wife, Mathieu DeMontieny Johnston are active in their church and enjoy music, ballroom dancing and outdoor activities including skiing, mountain climbing, hiking and camping.
