    Jasper Dresser of Chicago visiting his mother and sister Sunday at Willow Springs cottage, and Miss Shaw, who has been a guest returned to her home in Chicago.


1917 - Commissioner's Sale.
    Notice is hereby given that the undersigened, commissioner appointed by the Marshall circuit court in the cause entitled Lavena E. Walker vs. Elizabeth R. VanSchoiack etal., No. 13210 on the docket to the court by virtue of an order of sale made by said court on the 2d day of June 1917, Will sell at private sale at the office of Clinton A. Bondurant, in the Plymouth State Bank building, in Plymouth Indiana, on.

    Monday, the 9th day of Jul, 1917 for not less than the reappraised vaule, the following described real estate in Marshall county to-wit:
      Lots Number 1,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,and 13 in VanSchoiack's subdivision number 2 (2), located in lot number one (1) in a section twenty-seven (27) township thirty-two (32) north range one (1) east


      and

      lots number 14, 15, 16, 17, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 in VanShoiack's subdivision number three (3) in lot number two (2) In section twenty seven (2), township thirty-two (32) north, range one (1) east


    The purchaser may pay all cash, or at his option, one-third cash, one-third in twelve (12) months and one-third in eighteen (18) months deferred payments evidenced by notes bearing six (5) per cent annum intests, in negotiable form, and payable with attorney's fees and without relief from valuation or appraisment laws and secured by mortgage back on on the real eastae sold.

    Said real estate can be sold in parcels or as a whole and the sale my be continued from day to day until all the real estate is sold.

1932, Jaunary 5 - Relocation of East Shore Lane.
    H. H. Rice and Edith B. Rice bought farm land from Marvin T, Loudon and Clara L. Loudon which was evetually used to relocate East Shore Lane and give Rice Woods to the East Shore Lane Association, dated October 4,1927. Subsequenly, Rice by quit claim deed acquired all the properties in the attached plat, on January 5, 1932, recorded the plat on the same date. Rice then by quit claim reconveyed the properties to their original owners
