1922

1924 - Jul 31 Mrs George M. Cornelius and son and family of Indianapolis, arrived at their cottage for the season.

1924 - Jul 2 - Three years ago a part of the East shore of the lake towards the south to the "Bide-a-Wee" cottage was a low marshy shore and back from the lake a tangled undergrowth of wilderness known as Jungle land few enterprising men saw possibilities there and set to work. Aided by Mr. Frank Lanigan, who helped supervise the work of filling in and clearing up this and, the following people built lovely homes, sodded beautiful terraces to the lake shore, and this summer are seeing to the beautifying of the rear of their lots:

1932, Jaunary 5 - Relocation of East Shore Lane. H. H. Rice and Edith B. Rice bought farm land from Marvin T, Loudon and Clara L. Loudon which was evetually used to relocate East Shore Lane and give Rice Woods to the East Shore Lane Association, dated October 4,1927. Subsequenly, Rice by quit claim deed acquired all the properties in the attached plat, on January 5, 1932, recorded the plat on the same date. Rice then by quit claim reconveyed the properties to their original owners Cornelius - owned the property as noted on the plat map; the second is annotaed with current addresses.

1940 - Oct 2 - Geo. M. and Alice Cornelius to Grace P. and Ruth Johnson Lot 3 Cornelius and Ewings add N 1/2 vacated alley and lot 14 Rice's sub. WD $1.00

1956 - Richard R. Tyson Summer home Razed... When the Culver Fire Department arrived the building was in flames out of control. The Plymouth Fire Department was called to help protect the neighboring cottages on the south belonging to D. Wildermuth of Logansport and on the north to E. E. Furry of Plymouth - 1 Feb. 1956 Culver Citizen
