    The name of Henry F Shricker of Knox, only man twice to serve the State of Indiana as Governor, is linked with a new fire Insurne firm being formed in Hoosier capital.

    J. Carl Suverkrup of COlumbus has reported Shricker was on of the incoporators as he revealed he was resigning as chief examiner of the State Insurance Department..

    We weren't ready for any publicity on our plans, and I cannot say who besides myself and the Governor, are forming the firm, Suverkrup said.

    Incorporation papers have not been filed but it was understood the firm tentatively had been named the Union National FIre Insurance Company and that headquarters would be in Indianapolis.

    Suverkrup had been on the state insurance staff siince 1933 and was cheif examiner the last five years.

    There were reports Schricker will become company president.

    They are pr prresently engaged through the efferts of Henry S. Murry of Bedford, in sell one million shares of stocok at $3 per shre. The resultant 3 million dallars will be divided, with $1 million allocated as authorized capital and the remaining $2 million as surplis. The shares now on sale sonsist of a single class of stock, fully paid and non-assessable when issued, with a $ par value. No preferred shares will be sold and the new company has made no underwriting agreement of any kind.
