    John Merket dies At Lieters Ford

    John P. Meket, age 48 years died Monday at his home in Leiters Ford of complications after a year's illness

    He had lived there for 15 years and was a former owner of elevatiors at that place and Ora.

    He had spent a number of summers ar his cottage on Lake Maxinkuckee

    Surviving are the widow, Flossie Pipe Merket ; two daughters Dorothy of Ft. Wayne and Madeline of Logansport; a son, Robert at home; two sisters and many other relative andfriends.

    Services were held this afternoon at the Leiters Ford Methodist church, Rev. M. W. Crider and Rev. J. Walton officiating.

    Interment was in the Oak Park Cemetery, Knox. - - Se[ 14 1938 - Citizen
