Esther Powers Wampler Miller sold the house at 307 N. Main to the Zoss's
It is said by someone else someone else that Tom Zoss while he was editor of
the Culver Citizen 1973-1974 used the basement to layout the newspaper
in wood frames, till moving operations to
114 S. Main St. |

They first opened shop up in Culver about 14 years ago (1997) first at
106 S. Main St. (the Wickizer Building)
where they remained for 3 years. a during the late 1980's for a while; before
moving into a condo in the Pretty Lake Golf course on the south side coming
back to culver for a brief time they had as shop at
114 S. Main before purchasing this
property a 'Mission style brick bungalow' about 13 years ago; and remodeling
and adding a studio/retail shop portion to the residence.
As 2011 concludes the Miller's have decided to
finally retire ... ;
