1908 - Sep 24 - Dr. Parker has contracted for the purchase of the Austin Romig lake cottage. The consideration is $1,650. Possession will be given Oct. 1. The property will be rented.

? 1952-1966- ? - William Hampton

    In the 1952 telephone directory - the address for this area is simple quaintly listed as 'W Lake front' for the Hampton's and Hodges residences; and the Dickerson property bore the address of 206 Mill street (probably as it had a door on the Mill st. side as will as the back door which faced S. Plymouth St. and a front door that faced the lake.


It was purchased either by and later Charles Rhodes or his son William Rhodes

1976 - The Pennsylvania Railroad track was abandoned and lot owners on South Street and the west side of the lake purchased the right-of-way between their property and the lake.

The Maxinkuckee West Side Property Owners, Inc. was formed to procure and buy up the railroad prperty along the shore of Lake Maxinkuckee from Plymouth St. to the end of South Street ending at West Shore. Dr.

This property was by the above photos was absorbed into 314 S. Plymouth St. as the lots have diminshed from 4 down to only 3 lots (the middle one the has 2 counts as one as it has not been re-surveyed as yet to exculded the railroad property); as shown in the photos
