    Dr. Joseph O. Flora, 88, Indianapolis, died Friday Americana North Health Care. He operated a family practice 50 years on the Westside, retiring in 1982.

    A lieutenant colonel in the Army in World War I1, he was a member of Roann Masonic c Lodge, Roann, Ind. He also was a member of the American Medical Association, Indiana University Alumni Club and Delta Chi Fraternity. He was a graduate of t he Indiana University Medical School. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's charity. He was the widower of Lois Wagoner Flora.

    Services were in Conkle Lynhurst Funeral Home. Burial was in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Flora, Ind. Survivors - several nieces and nephews.

    Lois W. Flora 81, will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in ConkleLynhurst Funeral Home, Indianapolis. She died Saturday in St. Vincent's Hospital.

    She was a former Flora resident. She was born Aug. 18, 1902, in Flora to Emerson and Cora Coldsmith Wagoner. In 1935 she was married to Dr. Joseph O. Flora, who survives.

    She formerly worked as a registered nurse.

    She was a graduate of Methodist Hospital Nursing School, Indianapolis.

    She was a member of the Medical Society Auxiliary and the First Brethren Church, Roann.

    Also surviving are three sisters, Mildred Snider, Galveston, Annabell Sink, Middletown, Ohio, and Lela Estrich, North Manchester.

    Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today in Conkle-Lynhurst Funeral Home.
