A grandaughter wrties: They spent a lot of time there between 1910 and early 1920s. Then they moved to Glenwood, Ill. And later Chicago Heights. They loved the lake and came back to build cabins. The Greens either sold or gave them land and they built a home. My dad drove me by the area often. I just don’t remember where it was now.
