Frances M. (Leap) SIMS

Frances M. SIMS, 90, Culver , died at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth.

Born in Kewanna to Loren and Floy CALDWELL LEAP, she married Jesse E. SIMS. He preceded her in death.

She was a retired proprietor of Sims Flower Shop. She was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church and attended Pretty Lake Trinity United Methodist Church. She was also a member of Culver City Club and Ladies Auxiliary of St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth.

Survivors include two sons, Leon J. SIMS, Burr Oak, Loran E. SIMS and wife Linda, Warsaw; four granddaughers, Melissa HOLSTEIN and husband Eddie, Kokomo, BethAnn WELLS and husband William, Warsaw, Belinda GALL and husband Ken, Marietta, Penn., Barbara LEWIS and husband John, New Knoxville, Ohio; one grandson, Brock SIMS, Burr Oak; three sisters, Beulah ADAMS, Culver , Eva LEAP, Culver , Treva LEAP, Culver , and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; one daughter-in-law, Lena Ann SIMS; and one brother.

Services are at 2 p.m. Sunday at Bonine Funeral Home, Culver , with the Rev. Charles KRIEG officiating.

Burial will be in Burr Oak Cemetery, Culver .

There will be no visitaiton. Memorial contributions may be made to Pretty Lake Trinity United Methodist Church .
