    They either rented or owned 1075 W. Shore.

    They remodeled the cottage and enlarged it. Chuck had the stone used on the outside and in the house was shipped from several places throughout the United States in large crates Lee Baldwin was the designer and overseer of the project. Each floor has its own fireplace with opening from all four sides on several of the floors and all the stone work and sea wall was done by David Burns.

    They sold and moved to the Harbor Point Condo's
