Their first cottage was at 1075 West Shore Dr

They remodeled the cottage at 44 S. Shore Dr. and enlarged it. Chuck had the stone used on the outside and in the house was shipped from several places throughout the United States in large crates.

Lee Baldwin was the designer and overseer of the project. Each floor has its own fireplace with opening from all four sides on several of the floors and all the stone work and sea wall was done by David Burns.

Alyce - loved Schuffleboard and had her own in the bottom floor and often challenged - whom ever to a game - David was one of the many who got challenged to a game by Alyce.

Their last residence was at 411 E. Washington - Harbour Point Condominium #3 1993-7 Sep 2005.

They had Chuck Robeson & Associates which was located first at 106 Main and last located at 634 Lake Shore Dr l

During the early 2000's he hosted a community "Thanksgiving Dinner" for a couple of years at the Culver Depot.

    Alyce E. Robeson of Naples, died Thursday January 27, 2005, formerly from Culver, In. she had been a seasonal resident since 1991.

    She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Charles; son Lance Middlekauff of Indianapolis, In; and daughter Tanis Robeson of Carmel, In.; granddaughter Laura (Danny) Skidmore; grandson Matthew (Kristi) Siane; granddaughter Amy Slane; and great grandchildren Kenney Skidmore and Mia Slane.

    She was preceded in death by her granddaughter Lisa Middlekauf who died in 1980

    A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 2nd. 11:00 a.m. at Fuller Funeral Home, 4735 Tamiami Trail East.

    Inernment at Arlington National Cemetery will be held at a later date.

    Tania A. Robeson, 65, of Carmel, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2014. Tania was born January 8, 1949 in Kokomo. She graduated from Kokomo High School in 1967, Indiana State University in 1970 and received her Master's degree in 1971 from Indiana State University.

    Tania dedicated her life to education, inspiring students for four decades with her passion for learning and love for each of them. Most recently, Tania was a special education teacher in the Kokomo School system from 1985 to 2013 where she encouraged students to achieve their greatest potential and made a lasting impact on many lives.

    Tania's love of life and her warm and welcoming soul is her legacy. She is survived by her children, Matthew J. (wife, Kristi M.) Slane and Amy A. (husband, Jeffrey L.) Miller; grandchildren, Mia E., Parker B. and Katelyn M. Slane, Margaret A. and Charles R. Miller; father, Charles E. Robeson; and countless life-long friends who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her mother, Alyce E. Robeson and brother, Lance E. Middlekauff.

    A memorial service will be held at Noon on Saturday, March 29 in St. Luke's United Methodist Church, 100 W. 86th Street Indianapolis, IN 46260, of which she was a member. Friends and family are invited to gather from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
