Don and Kathyrn have been married for over 32 years. They have two grown children, Peter and Elissa.

Don is an Indianapolis attorney, and Logansport native and graduate of Logansport High School. He graduated Indiana University, B.S. (Finance),1973 & Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, J.D., 1976 both magna cum laude.

He is Commissioner, National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (NCCUSL).

He has been listed in the following:

Kathyrn grew up in Logansport, Indiana the daughter of the late Tom and Ada Mallette of Logansport and a 1970 graduate of Logansport High School. From Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Bloomington in 1974 she received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advertising upon graduation she went to work for Indiana National Bank (now JP Morgan Chase) in sales and marketing. She also then obtained a real estate broker license. This led to employment with Savage Landrigan, Inc. in residential real estate sales. She was a public information officer and legislative liaison for the Indiana Department of Local Government Finance.

They lived in the Butler/Tarkington area for 10 years and she was a past president for the neighborhood association and St. Luke Catholic Church School Commission. She was a member of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis North Deanery Board of Education. She also has served on the Board of Directors, 500 Festival Associates, Inc. (now Indy Festivals, Inc.) and the Junior League of Indianapolis. She has also served as a member of the Development Committee, St. Elizabeth/Coleman Pregnancy & Adoption Services and was the newsletter editor/designer for the Sudden Infant Death Syndrome Center of Indiana. She has also held a leadership position in the Richard G. Lugar Excellence in Public Service Series.

She has lobbied the Indiana General Assembly as a volunteer for the Junior Leagues of Indiana on behalf of children and as a paid lobbyist representing the interests of the Girl Scouts, the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), and the Indiana Library Federation

She was responsible for communication and development at St. Luke Catholic Church, in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis where she coordinated and implemented capital and endowment campaigns, as well as annual fundraising.

Her involvements both professional and community have spanned real estate, legislative advocacy before the Indiana General Assembly, communications, development, education, and government service. has served on the boards of various civic organizations and she is an avid volunteer in her church and in her community.

In 2006 she ran for State representaive for the 86 district and was defeated. On December 7, 2006 she was appointed Executive Director of the Hoosier Lottery on by Governor Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr.

    Kathryn Densborn's last day at the Hoosier Lottery office ended with a mad dash to her car to avoid the news media. She had no answer to questions about why she resigned, or about whether she believed she had done anything wrong.



    She is presently a Vice President of Corporate Work Study & Institutional Advancement at Providence Cristo Rey High School
