1952 - Aug. 27 Oliver Shilling. Mr. Shilling has completed plans for the new subdivision. Located on the east side of the road, the properties of the subdivision will have access to the Lake along permanent easement

1944 - Apr 5 - State Exchange Finance Co. to Carl M. and Margaret J Adams lots 3 and 4 Shilling's Sub, 28-31-1

1952 27 Aug - Work was started Saturday on the new residence of the Carl Adams' which is being erected on the south shore of the lake. The attractively planned 5-room dwelling will be modern in every respect
