He acknowledges Dustin Ogle as his managing and operating partner. Master Brewer, Dustin Ogle. Dustin is an Indiana University grad with a B.A. in English and a B.S. in Business. He has made a mark as a professional musician and songwriter who is an accomplished pianist and guitarist. He has recently owned and operated restaurants (The Wildcat American Restaurant in Kokomo, Indiana), nightclubs (The Coterie Lounge/restaurant in Kokomo, Indiana), sports pubs (Mulligan's Sports Pub Kokomo, Indiana), a hair salon (Fade Salon hair/Massage Service in Kokomo, Indiana), a business development firm, and a gentlemen’s club (Tease Bar in Kokomo as co-owner). Culver - The Owner of 530 S. Ohio St. approached the town of Culver with an offer to donate the property with the stipulation that the cost of the appraisal and the closing fees be paid by the town. Estimated closing costs provided by the Relator totaled $11,421. Culver Town Manager Jonathan Leist shared that the commission, title charges, appraisal fee and property taxes due were itemized within the closing costs. Culver Town Council President Ginny Bess Monroe shared that the public would be part of discussion about the numerous possibiblities of what could be done with the property, but that the she and Leist felt the building was worth the investment. Town of Culver Attorney Jim Clevenger was consulted for how to proceed if the CTC approved the acquirement. Leist confirmed be was told that the property was appraised at roughly $245,000. William Clevenger motioned to reject the offer with no one to second it. Bill Githens meotioned to accept the offer as a donation with a cap of $12,000 total for closing costs. Rich West seconded the motion, and it passed with a majority vote, although Clevenger opposed.
