at his residence in Culver, Indiana, offor sale the following described estate situate in Marshall county, Indiana, tw-wit:

Commencing at the southwest corner of lot two (2). in section twenty-eight (28), township thirty-two (32) north, range one (1) east, of the second principal meridian; thence east thirty-four (34) chains thirty-two (32) links to the west line of the right of way of the Terre Haute & Logansport railroad; thence northwesterly along said west line of the right of way of said railroad a distance of fourteen (14) chains; thence west three (3) chains; thence north twelve (12) degrees west seven (7) chains thirty (34) links; thence west north line of said lot two (2) to Little Maxinkuckee lake; thence southwesterly along said Little Maxinkuckee lake to the west section line of said section twentyeight (28), township and range aforesaid; thence southirteen said section line (13) chains to the place of beginning; containing sixty-four and seven hundredths (64.07) acres, more or less; together with all riparian rights and rights of reliction thereunto belonging; a private road thirty (30) feet in width along the south line of lot two (2) section twenty-eight (28), township thirty- (32) north, range one (1) east, of the second principal meridian, extending from the west line of the right of way of the Terre. Haute. & Logansport railroad east to Lake Maxinkuckee, a distance of three hundred (300) feet.

Said real estate will be sold at private sale to the highest bidder in three parcels to-wit:
Tract Number One,
Tract Number Two,
Tracts Numbers Three and Four combined;
and said sale will continue from day to day until all of said real estate is sold.

Each of said parcels must be sold for not less than the appraised value which is as follows:
Tract Number One, $550.00;
Tract Number Two, $1700.00;
Tracts Three and Four combined, $3200.00; and said sale will be made subject to the approval of said court.

The purchaser of each of said parcels must pay at least
one third of the purchase money cash hand,
the one third twelve months, and
the one third in eighteen
evidenced by notes of the purchaser bearing six per cent interest from date, without relief from valuation and appraisement laws, providing for attorney's fees, and secured by mortgage on the real estate sold.
