Services for Laura Pearl DORSETT, 81, Waterhaven Apartments, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Foster & Good Funeral Home, Rochester. The Rev. Carl RICKS will officiate, and burial will be in Citizens Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, and for an hour before services Thursday. Memorials may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church, the First Christian Church or the American Lung Association.

Mrs. Dorsett died at 5:55 a.m. Saturday at Fountainview Place, where she had been a patient since May 11. She had been ill for two years.

She was born March 20, 1911 at Richland Center to J.P. and Kizzie COOPER O’CONNELL, and had resided in this area most of her life. She also had lived in Baltimore, Md., for eight years and in Culver for 10 years. She was married in Rochester on Sept. 25, 1937 to Paul C. DORSETT, who died May 18, 1958. She was a member of the ladies auxiliaries of the American Legion, VFW and Eagles Lodge.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Carl (Patricia) ENYART, South Bend; a granddaughter, Mrs. Randy (Susan Elaine) WRIGHT, Bloomington; two grandsons, Michael K. ENYART, Austin, Texas, and Kent ENYART, South Bend, and five great-grandchildren.
