They ran the Lake View restaurant in the Hayes building on Lake Shore Dr. that burnt and Florence also operated for a time the Coffee Shoppe and they were active in the Culver community by quips in the Culver Citizen of the 1920's.

    N. A> Lichtenberger, 77 R. R> 1 (STate Road 10), Culver, died at 9:15. p.m. Monday at the Veterans Administration hospital at Fort Wayne after a three months illnwaa.

    He had lived at Culver since his retirement in 1960 from the Studebaker Corporation at SOuth Bend

    Mr. Litchenberger was born to Jacob and Clista Baker Lichtenbeger.

    He was married Dec 11, 1920 at Rochester to Florence R. Mahler who preceded him in death Feb. 7 1973.

    He was member of the Wesley United Methodist church of Culver; the Henry H. Culver lodge, 617, F and A. M.; the South Bend Valley Scottiiiish Rite; the W. A. Fleet American Legion post 103, Culver (in which he was a 50 year member); and he was a veteran of WWI.

    Surviving are two sisters: Mrs. Lovina Cooper, Culver; a nd Mrs. Mabel Booker, Bremen; and two borthers:Walter of Plymouth and Paul of Warsaw.

    Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Bonine funeral home, Cullver with the Rev. Earl W. Sharp, pastor officiating.

    Burial will be at Culver Masonic Cemetery.

    The Culver American Legion post will conduct graveside services.

    Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. wednesday.

    Mrs. Florence R. Lictenberger, 75, Route 1, (State Road 10), Culver, died at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Marshall County's Parkview Hosptial, Plymouth, following an illness of one week.

    Mrs. Litchenberger was married December 11, 1920 at Rochester to Neal A. Lichtenberger, who survives.

    She was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church at Culver and the W. A. Fleet American Legion Auxiliary of Culver.

    Services were conducted Saturday at the Bonine Funeral Home, Culver, with Rev. Earl W. Sharp, pastor of the Wesley United Methodist church of Culver, officiating.

    Burial was at Culver Masonoic Cemetery
